Return Policy
All devices must be returned within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging and a valid receipt or account lookup. When returning any electronic devices, please be sure to remove any personal data or information that may be stored on the device.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, ship the package back to us immediately for inspection and processing. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Send your package back using the address provided in your accepted return confirmation email.
- Include all the accessories and datasheets for all items. Items should not be used.
- CHOOVIO does not pay for any return shipping costs.
- CHOOVIO will charge a shipping and handling fee for all returned items. These charges may vary for each returned item.
- If you send any item to us without a request for a return, we are NOT able to process your refund, and you have to pay for shipping to send your products back to you.
- A refund will be processed an average of 7-10 days after receiving the items. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too. You should contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
- We will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them.
- All Final Sale, Pre Sale, Pre Order, or Sales merchandise cannot be returned.
- Gather the purchases you want to return, along with the original contents and packaging.
- All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- 100% advance payment is required for back-orders, shipping to international destinations, or products with customizations.
- Orders of 5 units or more are nonrefundable.
- All backorders are nonrefundable.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges.
Tariffs, Duties & Returns
All products sourced from manufacturers outside the United States will incur additional Customs Fees (including all tariffs, duties, taxes, brokerage, and handling charges imposed by U.S. authorities), which are beyond Choovio’s control and will be reflected in each individual product’s listed price. If a customer places an order on backorder, it will be subject to any assessed or adjusted Customs Fees post‑purchase. By placing an order for in‑stock items, the customer expressly agrees to pay all such Customs Fees, which are reflected in the price listed online. Choovio reserves the right to adjust the order total, delay shipment, or cancel orders if Customs Fees change materially prior to delivery. Reminder: Customers are solely responsible for customs clearance and compliance with all applicable import laws, and Choovio shall not be liable for any delays, penalties, or storage fees arising from customs inspections or unpaid duties.
We DO NOT Accept Gift Cards
If you are using any type of gift card, please note that we are only able to issue the refund to the same card, so you are responsible for keeping the same card, otherwise, we are not able to process your refund.
Special Considerations
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or that is not the product you ordered, please contact us to request a return or replacement during your return and exchange period.
Returns LACKING proof of purchase
Reimbursements on returns lacking proof of purchase may require an email address, which may be denied or limited.
Product Accessories & Packaging
Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return or allow a return with a non-refundable deduction on your refund for what is missing.
Bundle Discount & Free Items
If you received a discount or free item by purchasing multiple items together, you would lose that benefit if you do not return all items purchased.
Manufacturer Specifications/Instructions
We are not responsible for manufacturer specifications, changes, production delays, or instructions issued by the manufacturer. Please contact the manufacturer with any questions regarding the specifications or use of the merchandise.
